选区激光熔化铝基复合材料研究进展

Research Progress in Selective Laser Melting of AluminumMatrix Composites

  • 摘要: 铝基复合材料是一种重要的轻量化材料,其在服役环境中的腐蚀行为与设备的安全运行密切相关。选区激光熔化(SLM)技术为复杂结构铝基复合材料部件的近净成形与快速制造提供了新的技术途径。本研究从SLM技术的制备原理、SLM铝基复合材料的力学和耐蚀性能的研究进展等3个方面进行综述,并对SLM铝基复合材料未来研究方向进行展望。

     

    Abstract: Aluminium matrix composites are an important lightweight material, and their corrosion behaviour in service environment is closely related to the safe operation of equipment. The selective laser melting (SLM) technology provides a new technological pathway for near-net-shaping and rapid manufacturing of the aluminium matrix composite parts with complex structures. In this study, the preparation principle of SLM technology, the research progress in the mechanical and corrosion resistance properties of SLM aluminium matrix composites are reviewed, and the future research direction of the SLM aluminium matrix composites is put forward.
