Abstract: Based on the large-scale application prospect and the weldability of titanium alloys, the importance of welding cold cracks of titanium alloys is proposed. The common methods of cold crack sensitivity evaluation of welded joints and the research progress of cold crack sensitivity of titanium alloys are stated, the usefulness of current achievement discussed, and a suitable research direction of evaluation for titanium alloys proposed.
