Studies on Corrosion and Protection of Heat Exchange Tubes of B30 Copper-Nickel Alloy

  • 摘要: B30铜镍合金具有优良的耐海水腐蚀性能,一般用作船舶海水冷凝器系统的换热管路,但在实际工况中仍因各种原因存在局部腐蚀失效问题。论述了B30铜镍合金海水换热管路的腐蚀问题、腐蚀机理、腐蚀影响因素及其防腐措施,对合理设计船舶冷凝器换热管路防腐蚀设计具有一定的参考意义。

     

    Abstract: B30 copper nickle alloy has an excellent corrosion resistance against seawater, which is generally used as material for the heat exchange tubes of the seawater condenser for ships. But corrosion failure still exists due to various reasons in practical application of B30 copper nickle alloy. Here, the research progress of the corrosion problems, anti-corrosion mechanism and corrosion factors of B30 Cu-Ni alloy heat exchange tubes and the corrosion protection methods is discussed,which can provide important suggestions for the anti-corrosion design of heat exchange tubes of theship condenser.
