Abstract:
The structure and characteristics of a new floating slab combined track system for railway tracks were introduced. A resonance unit was designed by adopting the principle of dynamic vibration absorption to achieve dynamic tuning and vibration elimination on the main vibration system of the track. At the same time, combined with a variety of vibration reduction measures, the transmission of vibration energy under rail was effectively reduced. The online test results showed that the combined slab track used floating rail fasteners and that the dynamic deformation could meet the track safety requirements. According to the test and evaluation method of standard GB 10071-1988, the vertical and lateral vibration damping effects were 18.7 dB and 10.8 dB, respectively. According to the test and evaluation method of standard CJJ/T 191-2012, the vertical and lateral damping effects were 20.4 dB and 11.7 dB, respectively. The floating slab combined track could meet the damping requirements of special vibration reduction regions.
