高品质钛阳极板蚀刻条纹的成因研究

Study on Cause of Etched Stripes on High Quality Titanium Anode Plate

  • 摘要: 通过草酸溶液对钛阳极板的钛基板进行蚀刻,并对其表面蚀刻条纹进行分析。观察其宏观表面的条纹形貌,然后采用扫描电子显微镜、金相显微镜和激光共聚焦显微镜等分析条纹区域的微观形貌、晶粒分布和织构。结果显示:宽条纹区晶粒条纹与无尺寸区的有明显差异;窄条纹区的晶粒尺寸与无条纹区的无明显差异,其晶粒内部织构存在不同,这与轧制工序密切相关。

     

    Abstract: The high quality titanium anode plate is corroded by oxalic acid solution, and its surface corrosion stripes analyzed. The macro morphology of the stripes is observed, and then the micro morphology, grain distribution, and texture are analyzed by scanning electron microscope, metallographic microscope and laser confocal. The results show the stripe zone consists of wide and narrow stripe zones. The grain size of the wide strip zone is obviously different from that of the no stripe zone. The grain size of the narrow stripe zone has no obvious difference with the no stripe zone. The textures in the grain of narrow stripe and no strip zones are different, which is closely related to the rolling process.
