基于RTM工艺的纤维增强环氧树脂复合材料阻燃改性研究

Study on Flame Retardancy Promotion of Fiber Reinforced Epoxy Composites via RTM Processing

  • 摘要: 制备了全新的阻燃定型剂DHQEP/ET3228,利用传统RTM工艺,实现了对纤维增强环氧树脂复合材料的阻燃改性。该定型剂的加入为预成型体提供出色的定型效果,回弹角测试中仅发生了1.24°的回弹,同时还可以有效提升复合材料的阻燃性能(LOI可达36.8%)。另外,阻燃定型剂可以参与环氧树脂的固化反应,使得阻燃定型剂的添加对复合材料的界面性能影响较小,保持了复合材料良好的层间剪切性能。

     

    Abstract: By designing a new type of flame retardant tackifier, DHQEP/ET3228, the flame retardant fiber reinforced epoxy composite was successfully fabricated via RTM process. DHQEP with epoxy functional group was synthesized to design the reactive flame retardant tackifier, which showed excellent flame retardancy(the LOI value reached to 36.8%) and retained the controllability of the preform dimensions(the springback angle was 1.24°). Meanwhile, the flame retardant tackifier would take part in the curing process and showed excellent compatibility with epoxy resin. Therefore, the interlaminar shear strength of the flame retardant fiber reinforced epoxy resin composite could also be maintained.
