船用高强钢焊接材料合金系研究现状
Review on Welding Material Alloy Systems of High Strength Steels for Ships

摘要: 船用高强钢焊缝金属合金成分含量较高,焊接问题较为严重。合金成分的设计对于获得具有良好强韧性匹配的焊缝金属具有重要的影响,综述船用高强钢焊缝金属的合金系研究现状,主要包括传统C-Si-Mn-Ni-Cr-Mo合金系、促进针状铁素体形核的Ti-B合金系、超低碳贝氏体合金系和低锰高镍合金系。Abstract: The content of alloy in weld metal of marine high strength steel is high, so the welding problem is serious. Alloy composition design can help to obtain good strong toughness matched weld metal. Here is reviewed the weld metal alloy systems of high strength steel for ships, mainly including traditional C-Si-Mn-Ni-Cr-Mo alloy system, nuclear Ti-B alloy for promoting acicular ferrite nucleation, ultra low carbon bainite alloy and low manganese and high nickel alloy system.
