均匀化处理对HMn58-2铜合金铸态组织与性能的影响

摘要: 采用光学显微镜、扫描电镜、差示扫描量热分析和力学性能测试,研究了均匀化处理对HMn58-2铜合金显微组织及力学性能的影响。结果表明,HMn58-2铜合金的铸态组织主要由α相和β相组成,在晶粒内部和晶界处存在大量不同形状的树枝状晶。随着均匀化热处理温度的提高和保温时间的延长,铸态合金组织中的枝晶偏析现象基本消除,合金的综合性能得以改善和提高。HMn58-2铜合金最优的均匀化退火工艺是810 ℃×6 h。Abstract: Effect of homogenizing treatment on microstructure and mechanical properties of as-cast HMn58-2 alloy was investigated by means of optical microscopy(OM),scanning electron microscopy(SEM),differential scanning calorimeter(DSC), hardness test and tensile test. The results show that the ingot of HMn58-2 alloy mainly contains α andβ phase. There are a large number of dendrites with different shapes in the grain interior and at the grain boundary. The dendrites segregation and non-equilibrium phase are decreased and the mechanical properties are effectively improved for the homogenized alloy with the increasing of annealing temperature and holding time. The proper homogenizing process for the HMn58-2 alloy is heating at 810 ℃ for 6h combined with the analysis of microstructure,mechanical properties and the fracture morphology.
