灌注成型复合材料常见缺陷的相控阵超声探伤研究

Research on Phased Array Ultrasonic Flaw Detection of Common Defects in Composite Materials by Infusion

  • 摘要: 灌注成型是大型树脂基复合材料构件常用的成型方法,由于工艺复杂、影响因素多、手工操作比例高,其缺陷的检测和识别尤为重要。试验设计和预制常见的灌注成型缺陷,使用超声相控阵设备对缺陷进行了定性和定量分析研究,结果表明,超声相控阵设备可以有效识别灌注成型缺陷,且对缺陷的深度和尺寸具备较好的定量识别能力,不同缺陷具有特征各异的A扫和S扫信号特征。

     

    Abstract: Resin infusion process is a common technique for large-scale resin-based composite materials. Due to the complex process, and many influencing factors and manual operations in the resin infusion process, the detection and identification of defects are particularly important. In the study, the common flaws of resin infusion are designed and prefabricated, and then are detected and analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively by using phased array ultrasonic equipment.Resultsshow that the phased array ultrasonic equipment can effectively identify the flaws and quantitatively analysis their depths and sizes. Different flaws have different characteristics of A-scan and S-scan signals.
