Effect of Fluoride on Self-Shielded Flux-Cored Wire

  • 摘要: 通过改变自保护药芯焊丝药芯中氟化物的种类及加入量,系统的研究了氟化物对碱性熔渣的熔点、粘度、表面张力、流动性及其电弧稳定性的影响,采用排液法进行测氢,研究分析了氟化物对焊缝中扩散氢的影响。
    Abstract: The effect of fluoride on melting point,viscidity, surface tension, mobility of alkaline slag and electric arc stability was investigated through changing the kind and the amount of fluoride powder in the flux core.The effect of fluoride on diffusible hydrogen in welding seam were detected and analyzed with the liquid law.
