Experimental Investigation on Crack Arrest Property of Q500qE Bridge Steel

摘要: 针对桥梁用Q500qE高强度结构钢,分别开展了梯度温度型双重拉伸试验、落锤试验和标准圆截面试样拉伸试验,测得了钢板的止裂温度CAT、无塑性转变温度TNDT、屈服强度Rel,在此基础上提出了CAT与TNDT、Rel及板厚t的相关性方程。由相关性方程得到的止裂温度计算结果与实测结果的偏差在±5℃以内,表明该方程能够较好地表征止裂温度与无塑性转变温度、屈服强度、板厚之间的相关性。Abstract: Temperature-gradient double tension test, drop weight test and tensile test with standard circular cross-section specimens are conducted on Q500qE high-strength bridge steels. Crack arrest temperature CAT, nil-ductility transition temperature TNDT, and yield strength Rel are obtained. A correlation formula is proposed to describe relationship between CAT, TNDT, Rel and plate thickness t. The Deviation between the crack arrest temperature calculated by the proposed formula and that tested by double tension test is within ±5℃, indicating the validity of the proposed formula on describing correlation between crack arrest temperature, nil-ductility transition temperature, yield strength and plate thickness.
