A New Kind of Cu-Mn-Ni-Zn Based Brazing Material

  • A new kind of Cu-Mn-Ni-Zn based brazing material used on high efficiency gas turbine recuperator was developed, and its chemical composition was determined. The technological forming, mechanical and welding properties of the new brazing material were investigated. The results show that the melting point, room and high temperature tensile strength, fluidity of the brazing material can meet the requirement of engineering use.
