Abstract
A hot dipping aluminum steel was prepared. By static weight-loss tests, electron probe microanalysis and X-ray diffraction analysis, the corrosion behaviors of hot dipping aluminium steel, aluminium and carbon steel in Na2S solution were studied. The results showed that with the increasing of Na2S concentration in Na2S solution, the outer layer (Al2O3 and Al) of hot dipping aluminium steel dissolved and uniform corrosion occurred, while carbon steel had a decreasing uniform corrosion and pitting. The pure aluminium had pitting corrosion in low concentration Na2S solution and serious peeling corrosion in high concentration Na2S solution.
