Selection of Resolver Used in the Bonding of Rubber Sealing Film

In this paper, the influences of several resolver on the bonding properties of rubber sealing film of gas tank are investigated,including industrial dimethy benzene, industrial ethyl acetate, industrial acetone and analytically pure dimethy benzene. The results show that the average deviation of peel off strength and the deviation rate of peel off strength after 850,000 bending tests of the rubber sealing film cleared by industrial acetone are the smallest, and both peel off strength and tear strength satisfy the performance requirements, so that industrial acetone is capable to replace analytically pure dimethy benzene as the resolver.
