The Effect of the Processing Parameters on the Properties of Electroless Plating Ni-Mo-P Alloy

  • The effect of the processing parameters, such as the pH value of deposit solution and temperature, etc., on the corrosion resistance and hardness of electroless plating Ni Mo P alloy was investigated. The results indicate that the deposit rate and hardness of coating increase as the pH value of deposit solution increases along with the corrosion resistance decreases. With the depositing temperature rising, the deposit rate increases.
