Superplastic Diffusion Welding of Thermal Spraying Layer on Die Steel Surface

The diffusion welding through thermal spraying Ni60 self-melting powder on the surface of 3Cr2W8V die steel and the superplastic compression of the spraying layer is carried out. Energy spectrum analysis and property test indicate that the depth of the diffusion layer is increased and wear resistance of the superplastic diffusion layer is enhanced compared with that without superplastic diffusion treatment.
