Preparation of Nanosize ZnO·Al2O3 Powder by Sol-gel Method
ZnO·Al2O3 nanocomposite powder is prepared by sol-gel process.The effect of some factors such as the amount of additive,the pH value of the solution and reaction temperature on the powder size is investigated,and the powder process is gained by which the size well-distributed powder is prepared with the average grain size of 14nm.
