The Characteristic Study of Micro-displacement Actuator of Magnetostrictive Single Crystal

  • By optimizing structure parameters, a new kind of non-water cooling micro-displacement actuator using Tb0.3 Dy0.7Fe2 single crystal was designed. The magnetostrictive property of the actuator was determined.Resultsshowed that the maximum linear working rang was within 0.5~35.5μm,working volt within 2~24V, and saturation driving displacement reached up to 39.5μm.
