Cathodic Protection of Iron Equipment Used in Waste Water Treatment

It is often neglected that the non-metal activated carbon can react with iron and produce corrosion. The iron equipments used in waste water treatment are often badly corroded by the added activated carbon. By combining application of anticorrosion coating and cathodic protection, the carbon-iron corrosion problem of iron clarifier is solved satisfactorily.
