  • In this paper,the influence of water corrosion and film thickness on optical properties of SiO2/Ag/SiO2 multiple film prepared by evaporation coating are studied．The results show that increasing the thickness of SiO2film properly can not only improve the optical properties of the multiple film,but also prevent the multiple film from water corrosion．
