The Weldability Evaluation of Alloy Ti-6Al-3Nb-2Zr-0.8Mo
The weldability of a new titanium alloy Ti-6Al-3Nb-2Zr-0.8Mo is evaluated through a series of tests including cracking test,mechanical property test and stress corrosion test.The results indicate that the alloy is good in weldability and satisfactory as a kind of ship material.
