An Investigation on Local Brittle Zone of 10Ni5CrMoV Steel after Twice Thermal Cycle

  • In this paper, microstructure and properties of 10Ni5CrMoV steel after twice thermal cycle are investigated. The results show that local brittle zone is formed after twice thermal cycle.It is suggested that microstructure inheritance and coarse granular bainite existing in HAZ are the main causes of forming local brittle zone.
