Feasibitity of A New Technique for Melting of Heat Resistant Al-bearing Cast Iron

Feasibility experiment of a new technique for the melting of heat resistant aluminium bearing cast iron was carried out.The results showed that with the technique, dead of the aluminium kept in 8%~9%, the segregation of aluminium in the cast iron was avoided, and the chemical composition metallographic structure and mechanical properties are satisfaltory.
