Post Welding Heat Treatment of Friction Welded Dissimilar Metal Joint

  • On the base of analysis to dissimilar metal friction weldability,the friction welding joint of NiCr20TiAl to 4Cr9Si2 are studied. Through immediate oil queching and tempering at 650℃ for 45 min, the toughness of the joint is improved, with curved angle over 67°and load of resisting to curve over 139kN.
