  • The effects of coatings,abrasives and their dose as well as rolling and milling parameters on the properties of superfine Zn powder are investigated and the processing procedure of the power is optimized. With the optimized procedure, high white bright squama-shaped Zn powder with average diameter of 23.72μm is obtained, of which 90 percent are 10~40μm in diameter and 0.1~0.6μm in thickness and the oxygenation is 6.02%.
