The Study of the Microstructure and Properties of TA15 Titanium Alloy Plate

  • Microstructure and property of TA15 titanium alloys plates freated at different anneal temperature. was investigated.The result shows that for thin plates,The strength of the plates decrease and the plasticity increase with anneal temperatare rising,while thick plates is not so sensitive to anneal temperature.The variation of heat-treatment parametar has less effect on the microstructure of TA15 plate.Thin plates have higher strength and lower plasticity longitudinally and transversally, and lower strength and higher plasticity in direction of 45. Thick plates have higher strength transversally than longitudinally and 45.
