A Study on The Process and Corrosion Resistance of Amorphous Ni-Mo-P Electrodeposited Coating

  • Through orthogonal experiments,silvery white amorphous N-i Mo-P alloy coating was obtained.The appearance, structure,chemical composition and corrosion resistance of the coating were studied with SEM,XRD,EDAX and electrchemical polarization curves.The results showed that with the addition of Mo element,the N-i Mo-P alloy coating was of better performance than stainless steel and N-i P alloy coating in corrosion resistance.
