Fabracation of BaTiO3 Nanometer Powder by Sol-gel Technology
The sol-gel process was adopted to fabracate BaTiO3 nanometer powder.The influnces of water addition,pH value and calcinations temperature on structure and grain size of the powder were investigated.Optimum parameter was obtained as pH>10,:Ba2+=40,and calcinations temperature 950℃.
