Ductile-brittle Transition of Hot-rolled Steel Containing Copper
The ductile brittle transition behaviour of hotrolled steel containing copper about 1% is investigated through charpy notch impact test and dynamic tear test.The yield strength of the steel is over than 550MPa.The result indicates that the temperature of the transition from ductile to brittle is very low.ETT50 and FATT50 are below -100℃.
