Influence of Cu on Properties of Low Carbon Antibacterical Martensite Stainless Steel

  • A low carbon martensite stainless steel containing proper amount of Cu was prepared which exhibits antibacterial ability after antibacterial treatment.The distribution of phase and corrosion resistance and antibacterial property of the stainless steel were studied.The results show that with the increase of Cu content,hardness and antibacterial ability of the stainless steel increase and the uygur obtuse current density,the obtuse current desity and the obtuse voltage decrease indicating passivation of stainless steel is easy.
