An Analysis on Abnormal Fracture of 12CrNi2MnCu Casting Steel
The abnormal fracture of 12CrNi2MnCu casting steel has been analyzed by means of SEM and metallographic examination.The results show that composition segregations,inclusions and shrinkage cavities in solidification grain boundary bring about the conchoidal abnormal fracture which ruptured along the solidification grain boundary.
