Progress in Developments of Ferrite Electromagnetic Wave Absorbing Materials

  • Electromagnetic wave absorbing mechanism of ferrite materials is introduced,and the development status of ferrite microwave-absorbing materials is summarized,and then Fe2O3/Al2O3 composite ferrite absorbent is prepared with SHS method.Tests show that the real permittivity decreases and the loss peak moves toward to high frequency with the increase of Al2O3 content which suggest that the loss peak of absorbent can be adjusted by controlling the content of Al2O3.
