Preparation of Li Ferrite Used in S Band Phase Shifters
The preparation of Li ferrite used in S band phase shifters is discussed.Substituting ferrite partially by LiTi, low saturation magnetization ferrite (4πMs<1000 Gs) could be obtained.In combination with other trace element hybridication and the control of sintering parameter, Li ferrite with dielectric constant 16.65~17.90 and low dielectric constant tangent (tanδε<10-3) was prepared.
