Preparation of CBC Composite from Phosphorus Slag

With the rich phosphorus slag as a raw material,through physical and chemical activation,casting and atmospheric pressure strengthening,a chemically bonded ceramic composite was prepared.An orthogonal experiment was employed to investigate the effects of Na₂O-CaO-SiO₂-Al₂O₃ excitation system and relative parameter on the performance of the CBC composite.The result showed that utilization factor of the phosphorus slag >85%,the main influence factors are excitant and water consumption.The compressive strength of the CBC composite can reach up to more than 100MPa with proper parameter and the durability and decorative quality is comparable to natural stone.
