Preparation and Application of Anodic Aluminium Oxide Template
Anodic aluminium oxide template(AAO) was prepared through electrochemical oxidation.A computer was employed to record the current and time curves of the oxidation process and the relationship of the current and time parameters and the growth of the template was found out.The accurate control of the oxidation process in preparation of the AAO template was realized.
