Abstract
Superfine Dy-doped barium titanate powder was prepared through hydrothermal synthesis and the ceramic was obtained.The effects of doping Dy on powder and ceramic electric properties were investigated by means of XRD,AES and SEM.The results indicate that Dy could substitute Ba or Ti,which is helpful to get the microstructure with tiny grains and high density. When ω(DyCl3) is about 0.6%,the density reaches the maximum and dielectric constant reaches 4700 and destroyed electric strength rises up to more than 3.3kV/mm.
