Abstract

(Ni_0.32Cu_0.1Zn_0.60)O(Fe₂O₃)_0.98 ferrite was prepared by traditional ceramic process.Effects of V₂O₅ additives on the sintering behaviors and magnetic properties of NiCuZn ferrites were investigated.It was found that the minimum power loss as low as 275.7kW/m³(measured at a frequency of 50kHz,magnetic field 150mT and temperature of 100℃)for a homogeneous and fine-grained microstructure was achieved for sample with 0.12%(w) V₂O₅,decreased by 40% compared to the sample without adding V₂O₅.
