Microstructure and Property of Surface-welded Cladding of 5CrMnMo Anchor Push-rod

  • Microstructure and property of surface-welded cladding of 5CrMnMo anchor push-rod were studied.D322(GB EDRCrMoWV-A1)welding material with the better properties than basic material was employed to form surface-welding clading on 5CrMnMo invalid anchor push-rod.Microstructure,hardness,thermal fatigue-resistance and wear-resistance properties of the surface-welded cladding were investigated.The results show that D322 cladding tend to get uniformly needle-shaped martensite after annealing at 350℃.The average microhardness of the cladding is HRC54~55 higher than that in using state of the 5CrMnMo anchor push-rod.Wear-resistance of the D322 doubles that of the 5CrMnMo,which will extend the life of the anchor push-rod.
