Tensile Strength of High Frequency Pulse Electroforming Ni-Co Plating in 3.5% NaCl Solution

  • Influence of pulse frequency on tensile strength,micro-hardness,and micro-morphology of high frequency pulse electroplating Ni-Co composite coating was studied.The results indicate that as the frequency increased,the surface of the plating tended to be more compact and micro-hardness increased.Meanwhile,E and Rb increased at first and then decreased with the maximum at 80 kHz.
