Effect of Annealing Process on Cu-Zn Powders

  • Microstructure and the appearance of annealed Cu-Zn powders was observed under SEM.Effect of annealing temperature and heating time on the powders was discussed and the cause of aedcending of rigidity of Cu-Zn powders after annealing was anulyzed.The results show that multiple annealing during ball milling is helpful for the decrease of the granularity of Cu-Zn powders and 450℃ heating for 2 hours is suitable for the annealing process.
