Preparing Research Progress on the High-temperature Protection Coatings

  • NiCoCrAlY coat was deposited via cold spay at a preheating temperature of 600℃,chamber pressure of 2.3 MPa,with helium as powder carrier gas.The microstructure and the micro-hardness of the coat before and after heat treatment were investigated.The results show that the prepared NiCoCrAlY coat is dense and after heat treatment the density of the coat increases,and the micro-hardness is improved.
