Poly(N-isopropylacrylamide) Gel and Its Applicationin in Biomedical Engineering
Poly(N-isopropylacrylamide)has been widely used in biomedical for its favorable thermosensitivity.In this paper,the latest advance in the synthesis of poly(N-isopropyl-acrylamide)via ATRP technology was summarized,and the application of the poly(N-isopropylacrylamide) gel in drug release and enzymatic immobilization was introduced briefly.
