  • Main factors which influence the preparation,reaction of Cu2O powder such as the reaction temperature,reaction time,and dosage of sodium nitrate solution are investigated,and an optimal experiment of the hydrothermal synthesis was conducted.The results indicate that reaction at 373K for 2 hours with a dosage of sodium nitrate solution four times as much as that of the reactive solution is optimized with which 8 μm cubic particles could be yielded.
