  • This paper is to provide a theory of size effect on manufacturing cost for composite materials.The theory is applied to first order dynamic system,control system and particle motion model.Research results indicate that the effects of size on the processing of composite do not fit linear increasing relation.By analyzing costs of manufacturing different size parts and selecting different processes,it is verified that the theory of size effect is preferable to manufacture cost estimation.
