  • Influence of annealing,drawing and straightening on the properties of TiNi wire is investigated.The experimental results show that the TiNi wire properties can meet the high plasticity requirements of auto-reducing machine when the wire is annealed after large deformation drawing by roller die machine at low temperature,then straightened in low tension force at high temperature as well as polishing.
