Preparation of Tin-nickel Alloy Soft Electromagnetic Shielding Materials

A soft electromagnetic shielding material of Cu-plated PET fabric which is re-plated with tin-nickel alloy were prepared.Test shows that when plated with 150 g/L potassium pyrophosphate,5~10 g/L ammonium chloride,and 10 g/L glycine,at temperature of 25~30℃,with current densitiy in a range of 0.67~1 A/dm²,the function textiles with elegant color,glossy soft,and good electromagnetic shielding property could be made.Tin-nickel alloy coats reduces harm of traditional nickel materials on human body and the cost of production,so it has obvious practical significance and broad prospects.
