Research Progress on Superhydrophilicity of Nano TiO₂ Films Modification

Superhydrophilic nano-TiO₂ film is a novel material which plays an important volt in self-cleaning,antifogging and biocompatible applications,while hydrophilicity is not satisfactory for normal TiO₂ films,so the modification of TiO₂ is necessary to improve the superhydrophilic property of the TiO₂ films.The recent research progress on mechanisms of superhydrophilicity of TiO₂ films,and modification methods are reviewed in this paper.
