Model of Deformation Rolling Resistance of Steel 195 for Lower Temperature Rolling

  • In this paper,a compression test was carried out at temperature 750~1000℃,in strain rate 1/s and 25/s and the strain less than 0.7,by using Gleeble 1500D with the specimen ϕ10mm×12mm of Baosteel 195.Then the Shita resistance model of deformation has established based on the stress-strain datum obtained in above test.Further more the Shita resistance model of deformation has been modified by multiplication method,and the modified model accuracy is improved.
