Influence of Coiling Temperature and Total Cold Rolling Reduction Rate on Mechanical Properties of SPHD Steel

  • SPHD hot strips produced by CSP process were coiled at different temperatures and then cold rolled with different reduction rate.After recrystallization annealing,the formability(r-value and n-value) and mechanical properties(YS,TS and A) were investigated through tensile tests.In addition,different kinds of technological conditions sheets were analyzed by means of X-ray diffraction(ODF).The results showed that fine mechanical properties,well formability and much more fraction of r-fiber texture will be obtained with coiling temperature at 610℃ and the cold-rolled reduction of 70%.
