Influence of Coiling Temperature and Total Cold Rolling Reduction Rate on Mechanical Properties of SPHD Steel

SPHD hot strips produced by CSP process were coiled at different temperatures and then cold rolled with different reduction rate.After recrystallization annealing,the formability(r-value and n-value) and mechanical properties(YS,TS and A) were investigated through tensile tests.In addition,different kinds of technological conditions sheets were analyzed by means of X-ray diffraction(ODF).The results showed that fine mechanical properties,well formability and much more fraction of r-fiber texture will be obtained with coiling temperature at 610℃ and the cold-rolled reduction of 70%.
