Computer Aided Rolling Pass Design for Creeper Tread Steel

  • Creeper tread steel belonged to complicated steel section which don't have symmetry axis in the cross-section.Against this characteristics,a computer aided rolling pass design system was developed for creeper tread steel.The system can draw the pass graph through AutoCAD achieving parametric drawing.Through computer numerically simulation,helping with physical simulation,the pass graph could be modified in real-time,which can improve the accuracy of pass and reduce the rolling number.This practical system has a good figure-user interface and it provides an aides tool for the pass design of creeper tread steel in the actual production.
